How team access works
- Invite by email from Account → Managers in your dashboard. Your team member accepts the invitation and works inside your account with their own login.
- Choose an access level for each person: Full access, Limited or Read only. Change it later at any time.
- Revoke in one click when a contract ends, and cancel pending invitations.
- Activity is logged, and team sessions expire automatically after inactivity.

A simple delegation setup for a faceless channel
- You: choose topics, write the research brief, and set up the channel's settings (channel templates).
- VA: generates the script from the brief, fact-checks it, and generates the voice and images.
- You: review the script and the first minute of narration.
- VA: renders, drafts the title and description, and prepares the upload.
- You: final check and publish.
Keep the research and final review with a person who knows the topic. YouTube doesn't monetize mass-produced or repetitive content, whoever makes it (policy guide).
